Who we are

ChangeGuard (“we”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are based in the United Kingdom. Our data protection contact is privacy@changeguard.io.

What we collect at this stage

While ChangeGuard is pre-launch, the only personal data we collect is the email address you provide to join our waitlist, and (optionally) a role you choose to share. We use a double opt-in: we email you a link to confirm your consent before adding you to the list.

Why and how long

We use your email solely to tell you about early access. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us or using the unsubscribe link, after which we delete your record. Unconfirmed sign-ups are discarded automatically.

Cookies

This site sets no non-essential or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. We do not use third-party analytics on these pages.

Processors

We use Resend to deliver confirmation email and Vercel to host this site. Both act as our processors under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise any right, email privacy@changeguard.io.
